子供2人で3日借りても13000円でお釣りが来る。プリンスホテルで借りるより大分お得で空いてるので、車で行くなら借りない手はない。
I made a reservation and rented it in the morning.
Even if you borrow 3 days with 2 children, change will come for 13,000 yen. It is cheaper and cheaper than renting at the Prince Hotel, so there is no way to borrow if you go by car.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 確かに安いし、軽井沢のスキー場からも車でなら近くて便利。しかし店長の接客が悪すぎる。レンタル数日前に、ブーツのサイズ変更を依頼する電話を入れた。レンタル当日店舗に行ってみると、店長と呼ばれる男性が「サイズ変更なんて聞いてない。電話した証拠はどこにある？FAXしてないなら証拠がないだろ」との発言。
店側が管理している予約用紙を見ると、紙にはサイズ変更が訂正線付きで書かれている。
思わず、「ここに書いてあるじゃないですか。変更の連絡いれてる証拠ですよね？！」と言った。
客に対して証拠を出せ、という発言に憤りを感じたし、そもそも現代ではFAXを持っている人なんて少ない。世代の違うお爺さんが営んでいる店なのはわかるが、世代関係なくあの接客態度は改めてほしい。
せっかく楽しみのスキー旅行が店長のせいで気分を害する始まりとなった。
It's certainly cheap, and it's convenient to drive from the Karuizawa ski resort. However, the store manager's customer service is too bad. A few days before the rental, I made a phone call asking me to resize my boots. When I went to the store on the day of rental, a man called the store manager said, "I haven't heard about the size change. Where is the proof that I called? If I didn't fax it, there would be no proof."
Looking at the reservation form managed by the store, the size change is written with a correction line on the paper.
Unintentionally, he said, "Isn't it written here? It's proof that you've been informed of the change, right ?!"
I was indignant at the statement that I could give evidence to the customers, and in the first place, few people have faxes in the first place. I understand that the store is run by an old man of different generations, but I want you to change that customer service attitude regardless of generation.
The fun ski trip started to offend me because of the store manager.
