このクチコミ見たのであれば延滞料金の返金の連絡と謝罪してください。
初回利用で36時間パックで利用、返却時間1時間前にステーションへ返却。
車が返却されてないとの連絡があり、車内の鍵ボックスの鍵穴をキー付属の鍵で回してセンサーにSuicaを当てて返却となるとのこと。
返却時間より、2時間後に連絡が来ました。
さらに延滞金がかかり、3時間延滞で3700円ほどかかりますと、、
返却時間にステーションへ返却していた為延滞金は払いたくありませんと言いましたが返却となっていませんの一点張り。
利用規約には返却時間までにステーションへ返却することと書いてあり、返却完了となるタイミングに関しての記載はなし。
鍵を回して、カードを当てて返却完了になる、それ以外は利用中ですと。
利用規約にステーションへの返却をすることの、返却の確定タイミングの記載がないため、法的にも払う義務はありませんと言いましたが、利用の手引きには書いてありますと。
私は利用規約に同意して契約を行なっており、利用の手引きに書いてありますので返却ではありませんというのは通りませんよね？
名鉄協商さん、法律もわからない馬鹿の方ではなく、もう少し頭の良い方を従業員にされてはいかがですか？
