N	Nana Charm on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 口コミを参考に初めて来店しました。店長さん（男性）は丁寧で良かったのですが主に接客していた女性スタッフの態度が目に余るものがあり、本来ならこう言う口コミは書きませんがあまりにも気分の悪い思いをしたので書きます。店内には所狭しとお花が置いてあり、色々な場所に「絶対に手を触れないでくれ」と言った文言が書いて貼ってあります。少々強めの表現で書いてあるポップもあり、もちろん目についたので一切触れない様に子供にも伝えて花を選びました。ですが、子供が動く度に手を出してきたり、こちらが取るので触らないでください。と強めに言われ（一切触れていません）終始神経を使い気分が悪かった。そのスタッフは最後まで笑顔のひとつもありがとうございました。も言わず。何があったのか知らないが接客態度として最低でした。身内に不幸がありこれからちょこちょこお花を飾りたいのでお花屋さんを探していましたが、ここまで気分の悪い思いをしたお店は初めてでした。せっかくキレイなお花があるのに彼女に心を抉られあの人が居るならもう二度といきたくありません。とても残念です。 I visited the store for the first time with reference to word of mouth.
