理論的に、細かく重心のコントロールの仕方やパンチやキックのコツなどを初心者にも、多流派の経験者にも丁寧に教えて下さいます。
日曜、祝日を除き、道場が開いている時間は稽古が無くても自主練で自由にサンドバッグなどを使用出来るので、稽古に参加出来ない週でも自分の都合に合わせて身体を動かす事が出来ます。
キャンペーン中は2ヵ月会費無料な上に道着までいただけます。
初心者にも経験者にも通いやすい道場だと思います。
