T	Tamara Lyons on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had an amazing night at the Osaka Pasela and wanted to repeat this experience during our stay in Tokyo. Unfortunately I cant really recommend this particular location to non Japanese speaking tourists. The venue was lovely and I am sure it would be a good time for locals, but we spent 1 hour there and about 6000 yen for 3 people to sing 3 songs and have one drink. In Osaka it was quite clear what we were paying for and while we asked for a drinks package we were told this was included only to clarify this after our first round to find out that drinks were extra. When we visited the Osaka location, they were very helpful in getting us set up and answering any questions we had despite the language barrier. In the Akihabara location, we did have one of the staff try to assist but we just werent able to get our meaning across and this continued to happen when we were experiencing feedback from the mics and were unable to work out how to use the tablet system which lead us to only being able to sing 3 songs in the hour we spent there. With such limited time in Tokyo it was quite disappointing.
A	A K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a great Karaoke experience! We accidentally reset the source of the TV, but a staff member helped us out and we were singing in no time! Pasela is famous for their Honey Toast so of course we ordered a strawberry and chocolate one! It was huge and even between 4 people it was a lot for us to eat. We finished it and it was only 900 yen for it!

The selection of songs was really good in both Japanese and English once you figure out how to work the little computer. The drinks and snacks menu had so much to offer it was incredible. While we didn't have a bad time at all, I think that you can find a place a little cheaper and with some kind of drink special.
