ただ1点だけ残念だったことは、帰り際に預けていたコートをスタッフさんから受け取った時に、スタッフさんの服に髪の毛がついていたのか、コートに細かい毛が沢山くっついていました?
気をつけていただけると、他のお客様にとっても良いと思いました^^

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2022年2月27日17時半に前髪カットで予約して行きました。画像を見せて細かく注文をしたのですが、ハサミで一回切って微調整もせず終了。不満でしたが、見せた画像よりもすごく短く切られ、どうにもならないしもう触られたくないと思い、それ以上は何も頼みませんでした。
担当していない男性店員は何回も謝罪していましたが、担当した女性店員は謝りもしませんでした。あの女性店員は本当に美容師でしょうか？疑うレベルで下手くそです。みなさん気をつけてください。
I made a reservation with a bangs cut at 17:30 on February 27, 2022. I showed the image and made a detailed order, but I cut it once with scissors and finished without making fine adjustments. I was dissatisfied, but it was cut much shorter than the image I showed, and I didn't want to touch it anymore, so I didn't ask for anything more.
The male clerk who was not in charge apologized many times, but the female clerk who was in charge did not apologize. Is that female clerk really a hairdresser? I'm not good at the level of doubt. Take care of yourself, please.
