★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ボールが投げられないくらい痛かったつちや整骨院の方々に治療してもらい、少しずつ痛みが無くなって、ボールを投げれるようになってきました。
他にも、下半身が使えてなかったのでそれに有効なトレーニング、使い方を優しく教えて頂いてボールが全然違う質となりました！
上半身も悪い部分をハイボルトなどでほぐして貰い、今まで負担がかかっていたところが少しずつ無くなってきて投げやすくなりました！
今はトムソンで骨格調整中です。

事前検査からプルプルするくらい本気で背面反りしてたのに、終わったらこれでした?
ただ反れるようになっただけでなく、身体の色々な部位の凝り固まった所や、身体の向きをずらして気付く痛みも解消、猫背もだいぶスッキリして、一回で大変失礼ながら想定（全身マッサージ程度）から遥かに高い効果が得られて正直なところ驚きました！
一度だけの施術では、また元に戻ってしまうそうなので、継続的な治療が大切ということでしたが、明らかな効果に納得でした。
