★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 最低最悪な電話対応。会話はタメ語。電話中、後ろで笑い声が響いていて聴きづらい。緊張感が全くない。体調もすごく悪く、コロナのことで相談しても、対応する職員によって、一貫性がないのか、言うことが人によって違いがあるため、信用できないし、不安と恐怖を覚えました。改めて、自分の命は自分で守らないといけないと思い知った。
Worst phone support. Conversation is in Tame. It's hard to hear because of the laughter behind me while I'm on the phone. There is no tension at all. I was in very bad shape, and even when I consulted about Corona, I couldn't trust it, and I felt anxiety and fear because it was inconsistent depending on the staff.
