新地の方から安堂寺の方に移ってこられたとのこと。 炭焼き割烹ということでお肉メインかと思いきや、お魚も気合入っています。 そしてワインや日本酒等、お酒のストックの半端無さ。 内装の雰囲気も素敵ですので、彼女を連れて優雅な時間を過ごすもよしです。 無論、舌と腹が肥えたおっさんが旨い肴をアテに一人で楽しむもよしです。

何食べても美味しいです。創作和食でどれも美味しいです。ご飯とセットの卵は最高。アラカルトもいいですが、コースがいろんな物を少しずつ食べられるのでいいですね。また行きたいです。

谷町六丁目駅にある炭kappo hiracさん。 料理は創作和食のコースやアラカルトが楽しめます。マスターのこだわりがとても美味しいお店です。 以前はアラカルトをつまみながらワインや日本酒を愉しむスタイルを好んでましたが、コロナということもあり、今回はコースを注文しました。 コースは11500円と14000円の2種類、今回は11500円のコースを選択。どの料理もオリジナリティがあって楽しく美味しい料理でした。 特に印象に残ったのは「蟹の茶碗蒸し」「マグロと雲丹和え」「とうもろこしとノドグロの釜飯」は絶品でした。 お店の雰囲気も接客も良く、居心地は心地よい空間の和食屋さん。また行きたいです!

Today we were so lucky that we passed by this restaurant and decided to book a table for tonight. We had such a wonderful food. We especially liked the beef with cream cheese sauce a lot (sounds heavy but it was really subtile). Later we heard from another regular guest that this restaurant is always fully booked so we were extra lucky today! The atmosphere of the restaurant is good too with really friendly staff!
