I feel that yoga is the best place to face the body at the temple. It feels natural unlike an air-conditioned studio.

お寺の心地よい空気の中、気さくで素敵な先生が一人ひとりに気遣ってくださいました。
身体の硬い私にも無理なく出来ました。最後にアロマの香りの中、首や肩をマッサージして下さり、手腕のすごさに一気に寝落ちしてしまいました。リーズナブルなお値段で、定期的に通いたいです！
I've had a lot of yoga experience, but it's the best I've ever had.
In the cozy atmosphere of the temple, friendly and lovely teachers cared for each one.
I was able to do it even if I had a stiff body. Finally, in the scent of aroma, I massaged my neck and shoulders and fell asleep at once in the tremendous ability of my hands and arms. At a reasonable price, I would like to visit regularly!
