くそみたいな不動産です。基本不動産は情報弱者からグレーギリギリで金をぼったくるサイコ集団なのですがやはりここもそのようです。
退去する際大家さんから退去立ち会いしてほしいと言われたが、退去立ち会いは借主からしたらデメリットが多く、する義務はないため断ろうとしたのだが、大家もおかしな人で話が通じないと思い仲介であるエイブルに断りの連絡をお願いしたのだが、「大家さんが希望しているので立ち会いするように、なぜしないのか、その理由ならこうしろ、しないのであれば直接大家に言え」と言われました。
なぜ仲介であり平等であるべき不動産が義務のない、しなくてもなんら悪くない立ち会いを私に押し付け、大家の肩を持つのか。
答えは単純です。退去する私とはこれで関係が終わるが大家との関係は続くことと仲介手数料を入居時に払ったからです。
どうやらエイブルという会社は金や関係に期待値のない者には強く行くようです。
エイブル淵野辺店の責任者がそう言ってきたのでそうなんでしょう。
私も入居時には他の方のレビュー通り気持ちよく入居できたと満足でしたが5年後の退去時に後悔するはめとなりました。
これを見て被害者が減ることを祈っています。
