★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 仙台出張の晩は、餃子が食べたくてこちら「餃子番長」さんへ。事前に調べて、ここに行くために、隣の隣のホテルを取ったくらいです（笑）
男梅サワーと、お通しの茶碗蒸しからスタート。茶碗蒸しは、アレルギーがないかしっかり確認してくれました。素晴らしい！
餃子番長ハーフをオーダー。メニューに書いてある通り、最初はそのまま、次に酢のみで、そして秘伝のタレを塗って味わいます。中の具材がシャキシャキしてて、ニラが多いのかと思ったんですが、なんとニラとニンニクは未使用との事！キャベツ・白菜を上手く混ぜてるんでしょうね。食べてて気持ち良い食感でした(*^^*)
その後、ハイボールともつ鍋を追加。もつ鍋は、本場博多の味付けと盛り付けです。博多、行った事ないけど(^^;; 出汁が、とにかく美味しく、もつもプリップリです。ほぼスープ完飲するほど飲んでしまいました(^ ^)
スープ完飲のせいか、すぐお腹いっぱいになり、最後にハイボール追加で〆て帰りました。
コロナも怖く、早々の退散、すみませんでした(^^;) コロナが落ち着いたら、またゆっくり訪問しますね( ´ ▽ ` )ﾉ
On the evening of my business trip to Sendai, I wanted to eat dumplings, so I went to "Gyoza Bancho". I checked in advance and took the hotel next door to get here (laughs)
Start with Otome Sour and steamed chawanmushi. Chawanmushi made sure that there were no allergies. Great!
I ordered the dumpling bancho half. As written on the menu, first taste it as it is, then with only vinegar, and then apply a secret sauce. The ingredients inside were crispy and I thought there was a lot of leeks, but I heard that leeks and garlic were unused! I think you're mixing cabbage and Chinese cabbage well. It was a pleasant texture to eat (* ^^ *)
After that, add a highball and motsunabe. Motsunabe is seasoned and served in Hakata. Hakata, I've never been there (^^ ;; The soup stock is delicious and the offal is very good. I drank it almost completely (^ ^)
Perhaps because I had completely drunk the soup, I was immediately full, and finally I added a highball and went home.
I'm afraid of Corona, I'm sorry for the early departure (^^;) When Corona calms down, I'll visit again slowly (´ ▽ `) ﾉ

刺盛りも申し分無い❣️
特筆はスタッフの対応が良い❣️
生き残って欲しいのはこんな店❣️
特にこの日の女性スタッフは嫌味なく、丁寧な対応は気持ちよかったです。

2022/2/12 I visited Happy Hour on Saturday. I ordered shrimp dumplings and coriander dumplings, probably for sale.
The sashimi is perfect ❣️
Special mention is that the staff's response is good ❣️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a great meal and was reasonably priced. Sure we could have found cheaper but the staff were friendly, the drinks cold and the food mighty tasty. if you are so inclined try the horse sashimi and the beef tounge. Yum! All up 6000¥ for two stuffed, watered and very happy Aussies.
