A bridge over the beauty of the valley woven by Toyokawa and the surrounding mountains, which is also part of Tenryu-Oku Mikawa National Monument. In 1999, the entire section from the Oumi intersection to the former Kansa Bridge was completed, and it was put into service as the Yokogawa Bypass.
