★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前はとても悪い印象しかなかったけど、今日はとても感じのいい行員さんが対応してくれた。コロナ禍で…なのか、何度か窓口が昼休みで閉まっていたことに不満を述べたら、とても丁寧に謝ってくれたし、もう昼休みはないとのこと。
何度も心のこもった言葉をかけてくれたので、対応ひとつで気持ち良く帰れるんやなぁ～と、改めて思った。銀行とは言え客商売なんやから、こんなに感動するのもどおよ？！とは思うけど、最近はどこの銀行も言葉遣いは丁寧でも、事務的で冷たい行員が多いから、こんなことで喜ぶのも不思議…な今日この頃。
