カウンターで行員に何か聞く、答えられずバックドアに行って電話してるか上司か知ってる人に聞いてる、カウンターに戻って答える。
を繰り返す上、伝言ゲームみたいにおかしな方向に理解する。
なぜか知ってる行員か電話で直接よく知ってるであろう人間と話ができないので、時間が無駄になる。
書類の郵送処理もできず、何度も店に出向く羽目になる。
比較的伝言ゲームが得意な行員に当らないとその回は無駄足にも。
法人では利用しないほうが良い。個人ならともかく。
