★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 約1ヶ月前、デイサービスの時間は、送迎の時間を含むのか否かを電話で問い合わせたところ、応対した職員（男）は、
「ケアマネに聞いてくれ」と言う。
当方が「えっ？それはおかしいでしょう。市の担当職員であるあなたが答えるべきでは？」と言うと、
該職員「それはこたえられません。」
当方が重ねて「その理由は何故か？貴方が知らないからか？それとも他にりゆうがあるのか？」と問い詰めると、
「それも答えられない」と言う。押し問答の挙句、職員は「それなら、知らないということで、」とふざけたことを言って、電話を切ろうとした。
自分が知らないなら、ゎヵる職員に代わるべきだし、最後の言辞に至っては不愉快千万である。
我々はこのような無能な職員に無駄飯を食わせるために血税を払っているのか？

If you don't know it, you should replace a clerk, and the last word is unpleasant.
Are we paying blood taxes to make such incompetent staff eat waste?
