★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 山の中にぽつんとある控えめなダムです。ダム好きならいいと思いますが、まわりにはなにもなく、ダム自体観光するような施設はありません。
ただ、景色はいいですよ。
 It's a modest dam in the mountains. I hope if you like dams, but there is nothing nearby and there are no facilities for sightseeing in the dam itself.
However, the scenery is good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 地域の水利目的の小さなダム。ダム湖は湖というより池の感覚に近いです。カードは浅間サンラインにある雷電くるみの里という道の駅でもらえます。
案内表示があるので迷わずたどりつけますが、ダムに登る坂道の両側ところどころにワイン用の葡萄畑が広がっています。これはアルカンヴィーニュという地ワインの醸造所の契約（所有？）のものです。ここの醸造所が経営しているヴィラデストガーデンファーム アンド ワイナリーではおいしい食事やおみやげのワインも買うことができますよ。
A small dam for water use in the area. A dam lake is more like a pond than a lake. You can get the card at the roadside station called Raiden Kurumi no Sato on the Asama Sunline.
There is a guide sign so you can reach it without hesitation, but there are vineyards for wine on both sides of the slope that climbs the dam. This is a contract (ownership?) Of a local winery called Arcambigne. You can also buy delicious food and souvenir wine at Villa d'Est Garden Farm and Winery, which is run by the brewery here.

上水道用の水として利用されています。
行くまでの道の看板が小さく、迷いやすいので注意。
また、ダムカードの頂き方が特殊です。
①ダム右岸側の管理所入口の扉にある「引換券」の紙を１枚ちぎり取る。
②その引換券の裏側に、「所在する都道府県 市町村区 年齢 性別」を記入する。
③道の駅 雷電くるみの里の土産屋のレジに渡すとカードが頂ける。

(1) Torn off one sheet of the “Voucher” at the door of the management office on the right bank of the dam.
(2) On the back side of the voucher, write “Prefecture, municipality, age and gender”.
③ Roadside Station Raiden Kuruminosato souvenir shop cashier gives you a card.

ダムカードは「道の駅 雷電くるみの里」のレジで貰いました。
レジで聞かれましたが、引換券のことは知らなかったです?
写真は撮って行ったので画像を探していたらダムカードをくれました。
確か、簡単なアンケートをした気がします。
夕日が綺麗で素敵な場所でした。

ダム湖が非常に独特です。
ダム湖の堆砂を防ぐためか上流に砂防堰堤があります。
景色もいいです。上田方面から来られた方は上田建設事務所にてダムカードを貰えます。
