北	北鎌歩人 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 八ヶ岳(編笠山、西岳、権現岳)登山の起点になる駐車場です。簡易トイレがありますが、比較的きれいです。景色が良く、ちょっとした公園にもなっているので、観光で訪れる人もいます。最近では、登山適期の休みの日となると、早朝から満車になります。 It is a parking lot that is the starting point for climbing Yatsugatake (Mt. Amigasa, Mt. Nishidake, Mt. Gongen). There is a simple toilet, but it is relatively clean. The scenery is good and it is a little park, so some people come for sightseeing. Nowadays, when it's a good day off for mountaineering, it fills up early in the morning.

田	田中信宏 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 小淵沢ICを出て右折し、道なりに坂を登ると右に大きくカーブし、左側を気にしながら少し行くと、観音平への案内矢印とその先に分岐があります。そこを左折して暫く直進、さらにつづら折り(斜度きつくない)を上ると迷うことなく着きます。バスが通るため道幅も十分あります。駐車場は整地された正面と、入口の左にある道を進んだ奥側（やや不整地）とで約50台分。ただ、私が来た日曜日の朝５時半ですでに路上駐車がずらり！正面はもちろん満杯。左の砂利道を上って奥へ行くと辛うじて２台分空いていました。どの車も人が乗っていないため、早着早帰りが多いのでしょう。観音平の展望台が目当ての人の車は入れ替わりが早いと聞いていましたが、登山者はさにあらず。でも、午後３時過ぎに戻ったら８割方は空いていました。 Go out Kobuchizawa IC, turn right, climb up the hill along the road, turn right and turn a little while taking care of the left side, and there will be a branch arrow to Kannondaira and beyond. Turn left and go straight for a while, and then follow the spelling (not slanting) to arrive without hesitation. There is enough road width for the bus to pass. There are about 50 parking spaces in front of the ground level and on the far side (slightly rough) on the road to the left of the entrance. However, the street parking is already at 5:30 am on Sunday when I came! Of course the front is full. When I went up the gravel road on the left and went deeper, it was barely enough for two cars. Because there are no people on any car, there are many early arrivals and early return. I heard that the car of the people who looked at the Kannondaira observatory was quick to change, but climbers were not. However, 80% was free when I returned after 3pm.
Y	Yutaka Nakatsuka on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 編笠山、権現岳登山で使わせてもらいました。小渕沢インターからのアクセスがよく、15分くらいで着きました。駐車場までは全線舗装路で普通の車でも来れます。駐車場は未舗装です。この上にも駐車場があり、そこまでの道も未舗装でした。平日の朝6時くらいに着きましたが既に10台ほど停まっていました。シーズン中の休日なんかは混み合いそうですね。すぐ近くに展望所がありました。 I used it for mountain climbing and mountain climbing. T	Takashi Arai on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 駐車場迄の道は舗装されていて片側一車線のしっかりした道路です。駐車場は未舗装で20から頑張れば30台程度なら止めれるかと。仮設トイレあります。使いませんでしたが使った方によると綺麗だそうです。周りが展望台なので眺めは良いですし、石で出来たベンチとテーブルもあります。散策も良いでしょうし、編笠山に登るのに使いましたが、ルートも歩き易くて良かったです。 The road to the parking lot is paved and has one lane on each side. The parking lot is unpaved, and if you do your best from 20, you can stop if you have about 30 cars. There is a temporary toilet. I didn't use it, but according to the person who used it, it's beautiful. The view is good because the surrounding area is an observatory, and there are benches and tables made of stone. It would be nice to take a walk, and I used it to climb Mt. Amigasa, but it was good that the route was easy to walk.
き	きてるてる on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2021.10.2土曜日　編笠山、権現岳登山車中泊で利用させてもらいました。無料駐車場でありながら、簡易トイレにはトイレットペーパーも用意してありありがたかった。日中はパトカーも来てパトロールしてくれてました。感謝! 2021.10.2 Saturday edition I used it during the night in the Mt. Amigasa and Gongendake mountain climbing cars. Although it was a free parking lot, I was grateful that toilet paper was also prepared for the simple toilet.
