はじめに約束していたものと違う形で納車された挙句「すみません」の謝罪の一言もありませんでした。ナビを前の車から取り外して付けるということだったのに納車された時にはナビの姿はなく、後から「付けられなかった」「スマホの地図を見たほうがいい」などと言われました。しかも、真ん中にハメる形での取り付けだったのに、付けられるかさえ調べていない状態で結局「この品番のナビはつけられません」と言われました。ほんとうに最悪です。もっと早くにわかっていたら別のナビの購入も考えることもできたのに、なんの連絡もありませんでした。後悔したくないならここで新車は買わない方がいいです。
It was my first new car, but I feel terrible.
There was no word of apology for "I'm sorry" that the car was delivered in a different form from what I had promised at the beginning. I was supposed to remove the navigation system from the car in front of me, but when it was delivered, the navigation system wasn't there, and I was later told that I couldn't attach it and that I should look at the map on my smartphone. What's more, even though it was installed in the middle, I wasn't even checking if it could be attached, and in the end I was told, "I can't attach the navigation with this part number." It's really the worst. If I knew earlier, I could have thought about purchasing another navigation system, but I didn't get any contact. If you don't want to regret, don't buy a new car here.
