受付のせいでいかない人は私の回りにもいるので、上から目線の受付教育しなおした方がいいと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先生はとても優しく信頼出来るのですが受付の対応や電話対応が良くありません。お昼すぎるとまだ患者がいるのに平気でオルゴールを止めていて何のためのオルゴールなのか疑問です。かかりつけにしようと思っていたのに辞めました。残念です。

先生はとにかく優しく信頼できます。
看護師さをや受付の方は、クールな印象ですが何回か行っていると優しくスピーディーに仕事をこなしていることが分かります。
院内処方なのも助かります。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ いつも割と人少ないし予約なしで行けるし待ち時間が少ないからたまに利用してますが、昔から受付が感じ悪くて愛想悪いし、全く親切じゃないし、ほんと態度どうにかしてほしい。
とても小児科の受付とは思えないくらい感じが悪いです！
受付の人変えてほしいです！

特に年配の方の態度が気になりました。
子供がお金トレー触ったら、不機嫌そうな顔で何も言わずに取り上げられました。
まだ言葉も話せない小さい子供に対しても機嫌悪い顔して愛想悪いので受付の方変えた方がいいと思いました。
