★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 良心的な値段でもデザインや内装、高気密高断熱の家を建てることがてきる。保育士が常駐しており、小さな子ども連れでも落ち着いて打ち合わせをすることができる。担当者やデザイナー、インテリア担当など、丁寧に打ち合わせをしてくれ、自分の好みに合った間取りやデザインを採用してくれる。アフターフォローも充実しており、定期的に点検に来てくれる。たまにイベントを開催しており、出店で買い物を楽しむこともできる。見学会には家を建ててからでも行くことができ、歓迎してもらえる。
しかし、担当者がすぐ辞めてしまい、引き継ぎが上手くいっていない。売ったらおしまい、ではいけない。改善してほしい。

After-sales follow-up is also substantial, and they come to check regularly. Occasionally an event is held and you can enjoy shopping at the store. You can go to the tour even after the house is built and you will be welcomed.
However, the person in charge quit immediately, and the takeover has not been successful. If you sell it, you shouldn't. I want you to improve.

I built a new building about two years ago at Natural House, and the staff are very responsive (I have reflected my request). As for after-sales support, we will respond as soon as we consult with you, and we are grateful to the on-site supervisor and staff specializing in after-sales service.
