スペシャライズドの他に、サーリー、コメンサル、GT、ジャイアント、ビアンキなど、ジャンルを問わず、他のお店ではあっさり断られるような相談でも親身になって対応してくださいます。なんでも相談してみてください。
サイクルスポーツ活動される方へのサポートも手厚く、選手にとって大切な日はお店を閉めてサポートに出かけられるほどです。
なので、不定期に休んでおられる事があります。
オフロードをやっておられた方らしく、自由な考えをされています。
ロードバイク専門店のように、こうするものだ！的な強制はありません。
