真っ当な商売をしていない。シールエクステ1枚210円のホットペッパークーポン。20本を希望しましたが、20本だとグルーのみ。シールエクステは30本〜。せっかく来たからと思い30本で承諾し、シールエクステを付ける為にはシャンプー要とのことでシャンプーが終わってから30本12600円と説明がありました。210円✖️30本では？と言うとエクステ1本でシール2枚使用するので、210円✖️60、エクステ1本420円とのこと。そんな書き方をしているサロンはどこにもないですし、来店して説明されるまで理解不能で誤解を生む実質利用不可のクーポン。1本から注文できない上に、1本420円ならそもそもシールエクステ30本12600円と記載しておくべきです。更には来店後にホットペッパーからご予約がキャンセルされましたとのメールが届き、内容は『今回こちらのクーポンではご利用不可スタイルの為キャンセルとなります』とのこと。”クーポンでは利用不可”ということはシールエクステ1本210円が存在しない客引きクーポンであることを認めているということですよね。来店後にメニュー変更があったとしても、来店しているのにキャンセル扱いをされたのは初めてです。口コミが少なく、悪評価が全く付いていない理由が分かりました。とことん悪どい。
