R	R. “pool-rider” takaryo5532 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 美味しいが、提供にかなり時間が掛かるため土日お昼頃は要注意。土曜12時過ぎ頃、満席直前の来訪でラーメン提供にたぶん30分程は待った。鳥もつラーメン自体が10年ぶり位。過去、新庄勤務の時に何度か来たことはあったが美味しいとだけ記憶し詳細は忘れていた。今回食べてみて、餃子園の鶏もつはいわゆる新庄の鶏もつラーメンとは違う気がした。注文は鳥もつラーメンと餃子。鳥もつラーメンのスープ表面には黄色に光る油。※もつの臭みをとる鶏油とかなんとかだが油もさらりとしており、スープはほのかに生姜を感じる、体に優しそうな透き通った味。全部飲み干した。麺は自家製麺とのこと、やや柔らか目の細？中太縮れ？スルスルと食べ続けられる。普通盛りなのにお腹いっぱい。きっとラーメン屋の中でも多めの量ではないだろうか。モツは全く臭みの無い、噛めば旨味が出てくる美味しさ。餃子はパリッと感が無く特筆すべき点は無いが、普通に美味しい。過去には夜の来店ばかりだったので昼ピーク提供の遅さは意外だった。スムーズに提供される時間帯ならきっと、もっと美味しいはず。記憶はそうだった。ともあれ美味しさ再認識。また必ず行く。 It's delicious, but it takes a long time to serve, so be careful around noon on Saturdays and Sundays. H	Hi Yo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 新庄市でもつラーメンを食べるつもりでしたが、自動車道(無料開放)を利用したら過ぎてしまい、google mapで検索して訪問しました。食堂っぽいですが、メニューはラーメンだけですね。自家製麺と壁紙に書いてありました。早目に入ったせいか、時間はさほどかかりませんでした。スープは油が浮いてますが、スッキリ系。麺はかなり柔らかめです。もつはかなり煮込んであり、砂肝も全く抵抗なく噛めます。ある意味もつっぽくないです。 I was planning to eat ramen in Shinjo City, but after using the motorway (open for free), it passed, so I searched on google map and visited.
