J	JULIANO HALU on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 車検の際、｢○○が外れているので直しておきます｣と作業費を別料金で直してもらいましたが、3ヵ月後、他の箇所のメンテナンスで覗いてビックリ。きちんと嵌まってなくて外れかけてる。すぐにクレーム入れましたが、作業した担当者は｢手直しするので持ってきて下さい｣と言うばかりで、なんだか謝罪の気持ちが伝わって来ませんでした。足回りなので、高速道路の走行中に外れたら大事故だったのでは、とゾッとします。そういう事の重大さは全然考えてないようでした。クルマは確かにお得に買えましたが、それ以降の付き合いはないと実感しました。追記　その後普通、どこでも車検を受けたら次の車検も案内が来ると思いますが。ハガキの一枚も来ませんでした。このレビュー見て、お客様リストから外されたのかも知れません。こんな店は初めてです。結果、車検が切れる1週間前に自分で気づき、あわてて他店でギリギリの日にちで予約できましたが信じられない対応です。まあ、ここで車検受ける気はなかったんですが。これまで乗り継いで来たクルマはどれも車検前にどこからかは案内があったので、うっかり切れる心配をしたことがなかったです。レビューの仕返しでしょうか？ At the time of the vehicle inspection, I was asked to fix the work cost at an extra charge, saying "○○ is off, so I will fix it", but three months later, I was surprised to see it for maintenance at other places.
