e	ec2 s3 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 一言で言うと対応が非常に雑な印象です。例えば月々の支払う料金についての事前説明の不足があり当初聞いていた金額よりも5万円近くも多く支払う事になりました。言葉の解釈の相違やサービスの見落としが無い為にも、事前に全ての総額を再三確認しましたが、全て利用しても上記の金額が目安ですと担当の事務員とケアマネジャーが回答しているにも関わらずです。それだけならまだしも、他の入居者の支払明細書が手元に届いた事もありました。また、老健側で入居者の対応が困難な場合は別の病院に入院や別の施設に移動等をさせたりするのですが、その際にも事前説明では地元の病院を紹介するとか言っておきながらも、協力する姿勢はまるで無かったです。（理由を訊くと忙しくて出来ないとの事です）更に退去時には預けていた衣服類の紛失、入院移動の際に老健側で手配した介護タクシーの料金も事前に聞いた見積もりとの差額が5千円以上も大きかったです。（あの時は介護タクシーの運転手にもご迷惑をお掛けしてしまいました）ここにどうしても預ける事になる場合は、最低でも施設側の対応の雑さや料金請求が事前説明よりも数万円上がる事は頭に入れておく事を覚悟したほうが良いです。 In a word, the correspondence is very rough.
