受付のスタッフもナースも無愛想で声が大きく怒鳴っているように聞こえる。
電気治療？の部屋では、大声でお喋りしている。
病院らしくない。

大変丁寧に症状等について説明してくれますし、電気治療等も丁寧なのですが、その分一人一人に時間がかかってしまい、混雑しています。
私が土曜に初診に行った際は、お会計までに約3時間かかりました。
丁寧と時間、どちらを取るかだと思います
The doctor is treated by Grandpa teacher alone.
They explain the symptoms very carefully, and the electric treatment etc. is polite, but it takes time for each one of them and it is congested.
When I went to the first visit on Saturday, it took about 3 hours to pay.
I think it's either polite or time
