友人がスノーボードで脱臼骨折した際に、ガーラ湯沢からの紹介で受診しました
友人は息をするだけでも激痛が走るような状態で、少しでも早く処置をして欲しい旨を伝えました
先に待っていた方達の多くは明らかに症状としては軽く、スマホでゲームをしていたり、友人と談笑していたりしていて、一方で私の友人は激痛のため座る事も出来ず(折れたのは腕でしたが、座るだけでも激痛が走るため)苦痛に顔を歪ませながら待合室で立っており、素人目にもどちらが深刻かは明らかなのに、スタッフに何を言っても「訪問された順番でしか対応できません」という無機質な回答を繰り返すばかりで、全く取り合ってもらえませんでした
そもそも1番の問題は、こちらの怪我の具合の確認をしようともしてくれなかったことです
原則順番通りだという事は分かります
でも怪我の状態や緊急度も分かっていないまま、「順番通りにしか対応しない」と言い切れるスタッフ達に、人間味を全く感じませんでした
あげく、看護師は良く見もせずに「多分ただの脱臼ですよ」と言い放ちました
結果的に1時間近く待たされ、診断の結果は脱臼＋骨折＋内出血でした
それもこの病院では治せないため、そのまま東京まで戻り別の病院で手術する運びとなりました
ガーラ湯沢を出発してから角谷医院を経由し、東京の病院に辿り着くまでの約5時間の間、友人は折れた腕をぶら下げたまま移動することになりました
繰り返しになりますが、大切な人が大きな怪我をしていて、少しでも早く処置をしたいと思うのであれば、救急車を呼ぶか、別の病院の受診をお勧めします
上記の出来事で関わったこの病院のスタッフ、および看護師を今でもどうしても許せません

We can only respond in the order in which they were done. "
The first problem is that they didn't try to check the condition of this injury.
I understand that the order is in principle
But without knowing the state of the injury and the urgency, the staff who could say that they only respond in order did not feel human at all
Last but not least, the nurse said, "It's probably just a dislocation."
As a result, I was waited for almost one hour, and the result of the diagnosis was dislocation + fracture + internal bleeding
Because it could not be cured at this hospital, I returned to Tokyo as it was and operated at another hospital
Approximately 5 hours after leaving Gala Yuzawa, passing through Kakutani Clinic and arriving at a hospital in Tokyo, friends will move with their broken arms hanging
Again, if the important person is seriously injured and wants to be treated as soon as possible, we recommend calling an ambulance or consulting another hospital
I still can't forgive the staff and nurses of this hospital who were involved in the above events
We hope that this comment will catch the eyes of some staff at Kadoya Clinic and change the consciousness of the staff.

スキーによるケガで受診。ホテルのフロントに「皆さんここに行ってます」と案内された。
穏やかな口ぶりの70代ぐらいの先生で看護師さんも上品で優しい。
朝イチで行ったらまだケガ人が出てない時間のためか一番に診ていただけた。
朝からいらっしゃる患者は地元民の高齢者がほとんど。
お会計は初診料込みの診察料、レントゲン、鎮痛剤3日分、湿布2週間分で2210円（ジェネリック利用）。
敷地内駐車場あり。

A teacher in her 70s with a gentle mouth, and the nurse is elegant and gentle.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 疼痛のレベルや動作痛等なにも聞かずにレントゲンとって損傷が見当たらなければ湿布貼っておしまい。
忙しいのはわかりますが、典型的な画像しか見ない所ですね。わざわざ行かなくても薬局で湿布買って固定した方がマシですね。看護師さんの包帯も上手じゃありませんので…
どう怪我をしたかも聞かずに治せると思ってるならば信用性皆無ですね。
一応レントゲンは撮れますので、レントゲン撮るためだけに行くのはいいんじゃないですかね

I understand that I am busy, but I see only the typical images. Even if you do not have to go out all the way, you better buy a cloth at a pharmacy and fix it. I am not good at the nurse's bandage ...
If you think that you can cure without asking how you got hurt, there is no trustworthiness.
Since it is possible to take an X-ray once, it is good not to just go for X-rays
