や	やまたく on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ディナーで利用。岐阜市神田町にある「ダアチュ（DA ACHIU）」。食べログのピザ百名店の常連で、ビブグルマンにも選ばれているピッツェリア。大人気のようで当日も満員。アラカルトで注文。内容は、本日の前菜盛り合わせ、セイ（6種のチーズ）フォルマッジ、ポルチーニ茸と16か月熟成のパルミジャーノ手打ちピーチ。前菜盛り合わせは、野菜もりもり！しかし野菜ばっかで4,400円はお高め。高級な葉っぱなのかな？ピッツァは、コクがたっぷりで重厚な味わい。薄めでもちもちの生地も好み。パスタは、麺が太くてもっちもちでうどんのよう。ポルチーニの香りと濃厚なソースが合う。どれもうましだったので他も注文したかったが、一品一品がボリューミーで腹パン。ギブ。実は数年前のオープン時に利用したのだがその時は大した感動もなく、以来、足が遠のいていたのだけど久々に利用したら、めちゃパワーアップしてた。少々お高めの価格設定でも大人気なはずだわ。 Used for dinner. Went in expecting to spend about twenty five bucks for a calzone and a couple beers, ended up being charged thirty eight.

I sometimes walked by this place and left wondering what took me so long to come and try this place for lunch. The staff are super nice.

Pizza bread’s flavor was also amazing, I didn’t ask where is it from but I guess that a local natural high purity water would contribute to it.
