。	。。 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 足利、生産部で働いていた。はっきりいって星を与える企業ではない。環境面で言えば工場は夏になると60度近くになり、春先でもストーブがないと死ぬほど寒い。また、粉塵がひどく、安全衛生担当が5Sなどと掲げているが、掃除もしない、工具は地面にほったらかし、建物の補修も行わず、色だけを塗っただけなのでいつ崩壊してもおかしくないなど、こんな場所で大手の日清、SHOWAなどに製粉機を卸していると思うと小麦を食す気になれない。また、本社の経営管理部竹内は特に酷い。社宅を勝手に変更して、理由を聞いたら聞くなと罵声を浴びせられた。TCSの傘下に入った企業で平均生涯年収に届かないのはここだけなのでなかろうか。割りに合わないだけでなく、上がアナログタイプなため人もだめ、年収が低い＝体制の質も低いと身を持って実感した。今は他社で働いているが、東証二部と歴史だけを掲げるだけしかない企業だったと、辞めて本当に良かった。 Ashikaga was working in the production department.
