★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 鶏の臭みや固さが一切ない。お酒の種類も豊富で気のきく雰囲気のよいお店。なんこつはひざ部分とのこと、かなり美味しい。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 鶏の質が良く、炭火で焼かれた焼き鳥は、とても柔らかく、臭みもなく、非常に美味。これは上品な焼き鳥に出会った。ささみはたんぱくっぽさがまったくない、レバには仕上げにごま油をたらしており、レバ刺しをイメージ。一品料理も味はもちろん見た目もよい。店内もとても綺麗に保たれており、店主の職人ぶりがうかがえる。

Sasami has no proteininess at all, and sesame oil is dripped on the reba, reflecting the image of reba sashimi. One dish is not only taste but also looks good. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 久しぶりに行きましたが、やっぱりここの焼鳥は旨い！良い焼き加減、塩加減で日本酒がすすみます。この日は、でわざくら枯山水、梵ときしらず、豊杯純米大吟醸を頂きましたがどれもうまかった！
