G	Googleユーザー on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 賃貸物件を探しに店舗のほうへ1度行きました。最初に来店者情報の用紙に記入させられますが、その中に他の不動産屋にも行くor行ったか？という旨の質問事項があります。他にもまわる予定があったので、数店行く予定があると記入すると、それを見た窓口の男性が不機嫌そうに、｢このあと他をまわって、そこで決められたりすると、ウチは物件を紹介するだけの店になってしまう｣｢情報はどこの不動産屋も共有しているから、どこに行っても同じ｣など、暗にこの店だけを見て決めろという話をされました。このお店からしたらそうでも、担当の方との相性、仲介手数料の違い、独自物件の有無など、何店もハシゴする理由なら客側にはいくらでもあります。不機嫌さを隠さず威圧的な態度をとったり、他の店に行っても同じなどという、客の選択肢を狭めにかかるやり方は、かえって客足が遠のくとは思わないのでしょうか。強い態度をとられると大人しく従ってしまう気弱な人、｢他に行っても同じ｣を真に受けてしまう判断力の乏しい人を狙う営業方針なのかな、という印象です。物件探しに訪れたお店はここが初めてでしたが、他店を見るまでもなく｢ここはないな｣と思ったお店でした。 I went to the store once to find a rental property.
