★ ★ ★ ★ ★ この松本市店で受け取る荷物があったのですが、Webの追跡情報では一週間近く経過しても「運送中です」のまま。荷主側から問い合わせてもらって初めて、とっくに到着していたことが判明(その後も実際に受け取るまで情報更新されず)。
松本市店の担当者が登録をサボっていたそうです。
受け取りに行った際の対応も感じがよくありませんでした。
支店留め配達では西濃運輸さんもよく使われますが、迅速さ、精確さ、すぐに連絡をくれること、顧客対応のどれをとっても西濃運輸さんの方が断然優れています。
荷主にも、次は西濃さんで、とお願いしました。
I received some luggage at this Matsumoto store, but according to the tracking information on the Web, it remains "in transit" even after nearly a week. It was not until the shipper inquired that it had arrived (the information was not updated until it was actually received).
It seems that the person in charge at the Matsumoto City store skipped registration.
When I went to pick it up, I didn't feel good about it.
Seino Transportation is often used for branch office delivery, but Seino Transportation is by far the best in terms of speed, accuracy, immediate contact, and customer service.
I also asked the shipper to be Mr. Seino next.
