K	Kurumi S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 電話が繋がらないことも多く予約もいつなら取れるのかよく分からないお店。今回、思ったより仕事が早く終わったので16:40に電話。奇跡的に17時からなら入れるとのことですぐにホテルを出て行ってきました。店内は6席（7席？）のカウンターのみ。今年で54年目だそう。メニューはビール700円/餃子450円のみ。まず何人前？と聞かれますがこれはビールの話（笑）飲み物はビールのみなので注文は必須かと。もやしが出てきて餃子を注文。1人前は8個ですが女性2名でも4人前とか余裕そう。今回は3人前でオーダー。小ぶりの餃子はカリカリ。1つ目を食べる前に女将が食べ方を教えてくれます。餃子のネギポケット（くぼんでいるところ）にネギともやしをのせて食べます。これがなんとも言えずものすごく美味しい。餃子の具はお肉とニンニクとニラだけだと思いますがシンプルで美味しい。ニンニクはかなりたくさん入っているとのことでしたが国産ニンニクらしく臭みはほぼなし。風味だけがあり美味しい。タイミングによっては電話に出てもらうことも難しいのでこれて本当にラッキー。おすすめ。 It's a shop where you don't often get a phone call and you don't know when you can make a reservation.
