4ヶ月前にコールセンターのアルバイト面接を受けたんですが、担当者がデリカシーない人で最悪でした。コールセンター業務なのに関係ないExcel加工のスキルを聞いてきたり、『残業しないように言われているのに、業務が終わらない場合はどうしますか？残業付けますか？』という質問だったりで、唖然。履歴書の内容を一つずつ事細かに質問されて、１時間も拘束されました。ただのアルバイト募集なのに。募集要項に書いてあったインセンティブ？の説明も無かったです。挙句にはセンシティブな病気の事も『親戚にもいるけど、みんな死んじゃってる』と言われたり。。暴走老害社員をフォローする女性社員が同席されてたのが唯一の救いでした。パワハラ、セクハラが横行している昭和で時間が止まったままの会社なんでしょうね。そういえば藤沢で社員のパワハラ自○事件もあったようだし、落としてもらって良かったです。次回クルマ購入は日産orホンダにしようと強く思いました。こわいこわい。。。。
