友人氏と2人でお邪魔しました。春木駅からは若干距離がありましたが高揚した気持ちには距離は余り感じず白を基調とした一軒家風のお店に入店しました。
テーブル席もあり、カウンターは半個室の様な雰囲気で何より外からの目線が感じられないお忍び感もあり、大事な方をもてなす際には最高でしょう。
料理も先付はしっかりと仕事をしている一口9品に刺身も地物の車エビ、焼き物も丁寧な仕事をされた、グラタン風の焼き物。
鉄板にはセロファン包みのお肉ときのこ・それにお野菜が見えた。
開けてみると、白みそとチーズベースの味付けのサッパリとしつつも味も入った優しい鉄板焼きでした。
カニの甲羅焼きもいただき、お酒も進みました。
要予約なので、ゆったりと食事を楽しみたい際には早めに予約するのが無難でしょう。
次回の来訪もお約束させて頂いて後にしました。

The gratin-style pottery is a carefully crafted sashimi, featured prawn, and grilled pottery.
On the iron plate, cellophane-wrapped meat, mushrooms and vegetables were visible.
When I opened it, it was a gentle teppanyaki with a taste of white miso and cheese-based seasoning.
We had a crab shell grilled and the sake went on.
Reservation required, so if you want to enjoy a relaxing meal, it is safe to make an early reservation.
I promised my next visit later.
