急な予約にも関わらず、柔軟に対応していただき本当に助かりました。
患部の様子や筋肉や腱の仕組みや関係性など細かく教えてくれて、また痛みや症状など私の話をよく聞いてくれました。
普段の姿勢や過ごし方などのアドバイスも的確でわかりやすかったです。えてして説教くさくアドバイスしてくる先生が多かったりしますが、こちらの先生は腰が低く言葉も丁寧でとても優しかったです。
鍼灸は久しぶりでしたが、全然痛くなくて、鍼を打つたびに、人間の体って不思議だなあ、鍼灸を考えた人はほんとすごいなあって感心します。私の場合は治療の際はマッサージと電気治療、鍼灸をベースにしているようでしたが、他の症状ではまた違った治療方針になるかもしれません。保険診療もできるので、事前に相談してみてください。
私は腰と、その後に首も痛めた時にもお世話になりましたが、どちらも保険診療でした。もちろん保険診療以外の対応もしてもらえます。
私は慢性の腰痛ですし、年に1度はぎっくり腰をやっちゃいます。四十肩五十肩っぽい症状もでてるので、今後お世話になる機会も多くなりそうです。とても信頼のおける先生だと思います。
