★ ★ ★ ★ ★ もつ鍋は定番ですが、何か高くなったのにモツがちゃっちくなったような・・・美味しいですけど。
他のメニューも何を食べても割と美味しいです。
ただ、皿や飾り、氷ばかり大きくて大切な料理がちょっとというのは、損した気分になる上にテーブルの上がいっぱいになってジャマです。
お酒は、とにかく生ビールの銘柄をスーパードライ(その他スッキリしたビール)にして欲しいです。
プレモルの生ビールは評判が悪いです。
料理付き飲み放題のコースにすると、店員さんがウニやらホタテやらの現物を持って売りつけに来るので正直鬱陶しいです。
価格は安くはないですけど、美味しくないよりは・・・
 Motsu-nabe is a classic dish, but it looks like the mochi gets messed up when something goes higher... It's delicious.
Whatever you eat, the other menus are also delicious.
However, the fact that plates, decorations, and ice cubes are the only big and important dishes is that I feel lost and the table is full.
For sake, anyway, I would like the draft beer brand to be super dry (other refreshing beer).
Premol draft beer has a bad reputation.
The all-you-can-drink course with food is honestly annoying because the clerk comes to sell with sea urchin and scallops.
The price isn't cheap, but it's better than not good...

ガクッと料理も減り、クオリティーも落ちた
酒も魅力的なものはなくなり
ある店員が「酎ハイめっちゃ安いでしょ！」
と言われてがっくりしたが
駅から遠いココに来るのには、落ち着いた空間で
おいしい料理とおいしいお酒を飲みに来るのに、
これでは駅近くの若者がギャーギャー言って飲む良くあるチェーン店と変わらなくなってしまって悲しい。シェフは変わっていないと言うから腕ではない…魚のおいしい料理のおいしい店に戻してほしい…

わからない事を次々聞いても、快く答えてもらえて嬉しかったです。
あんまり質問すると、イヤな顔と態度であしらわれることもあるので、、、有難いです。
おばちゃん対応出来るお店です。是非また行きたいです。

ただ、新人さんに指導するのはいいのですが、食事の席から離れた所で指導して下さい。
新人さんは一緒懸命やっていたのですが、指導してる方が部屋の前で指導していたので、むしろその方の方がお客さんに対する配慮がないと感じました。
