★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 子供達が生まれたばかりの頃は、オムツや赤ちゃん向けのおもちゃなどでお世話になりました。子供達が大きくなってからもクリスマスや誕生日の旅に行きます。すこしゲーム系の取り扱いは少ないかなと思います。
 When the children were just born, they were taken care of with diapers and baby toys. I go on Christmas and birthday trips even after the kids grow up. I think that the handling of a little game system is small.

駐車場は狭いから激混みだし‼️
と思ったら、北駐車場や屋上駐車場がございました！
北駐車場はかなり空いてますよ‼️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店頭で抽選販売の申込みの件でQRが読み込めず問い合わせた際の、メガネのふくよかな女性店員（恐らくバイト）の対応がひどかった。
「読み込めない場合、再度試していただくか時間経ってから試していただくしかない」と。
何時間もトイザラス内で待てって事ですか？
上に確認もできず自己完結？
正直、話になりませんでした。
他の方で接客が悪いと記載してましたがそう思います。
接客教育なんてろくにしてないんだなぁとよくわかりました。
When the QR could not be read and inquired about the application for lottery sales at the store, the response of the female clerk with plump glasses (probably a part-time job) was terrible.
"If you can't read it, you have to try again or wait a while."
Do you have to wait for hours in Toys R Us?
Is it self-contained without being able to confirm above?
To be honest, I didn't talk about it.
I mentioned that other people had poor customer service, but I think so.
I understand well that I don't care about customer service education.

I visited the store for the first time in decades, but there weren't many products, and it was a rattle image.

My grandchildren are very happy because they can actually pick up the products and choose toys at the store. There are a lot of products.

子供の日ですがゴールデンウィークの最終日で天気も雨ということもあり駐車場もそこまで混んでいる事も無くスムーズに止めることが出来ました‼️
店内は子供が大好きな大きな恐竜の動くオブジェ？がいつもあってビビって見ているのですが電源が入っていないのか動いていなくて寂しがっていました。
ゴールデンウィーク中に沢山お客様が来ていたとは思いますが陳列も品切れでスカスカになっていたりせずにしっかり補充されていて見ている方もストレス無く目当てのレゴブロックを選ぶ事が出来ました‼️
レジは３レーン対応していてとてもスムーズに流れていて気持ちよくお買い物が出来ました。
とてもオススメです‼️
I stopped by on Children's Day on May 5th! ️
Although it was Children's Day, it was the last day of Golden Week and the weather was rainy, so the parking lot was not so crowded and I was able to stop smoothly! ️
Is the inside of the store a moving object of a big dinosaur that children love? I was always freaking out, but I was lonely because it wasn't working because the power wasn't turned on.
I think that a lot of customers came during Golden Week, but the display was not out of stock and it was replenished firmly, and even those who were watching could choose the Lego block they were looking for without stress! ️
The cash register supports 3 lanes and flows very smoothly, so I was able to shop comfortably.
I highly recommend it! ️
