ほぼ垂直に切り立った岩から流れ落ちる滝です。
登山道は滝の下側を横切りますが、滝の上に行く案内表示が有ったので、滝の上を見る事も出来るようです。
この季節、滝から少し離れた下流から見ると少しですが紅葉が綺麗でした。
笠形山山頂から下って辿り着きましたが、ほうらい岩からここまでの登山道の一部でかなり狭い所が有り注意が必要です。登山口から滝までの登山道も一部狭い所が有り、こちらも注意が必要です。

The mountain trail crosses the bottom of the waterfall, but there is a guide sign to go to the top of the waterfall, so it seems that you can also see the top of the waterfall.
In this season, the autumn leaves were beautiful, although it was a little when viewed from the downstream, a little away from the waterfall.
I arrived down from the summit of Mt. Kasagata, but be careful because there is a fairly narrow part of the mountain trail from Horaiiwa to here. There are some narrow trails from the trailhead to the waterfall, so you need to be careful here as well.
