Y	YY on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今まで食べていたバターは、牛の乳で出来た、ただの油だったのか！？国内の牧草牛のグラスフェッドバターを提供しているのは、知る限り3箇所の牧場のみ。 ①北海道美深町仁宇布の塩崎牧場 ②石垣島のミルククラウン ③岩手県岩泉町のなかほら牧場初めてグラスフェッドバターを食べてみましたが、シンプルな味に驚きました。(発酵バター) 発酵の方が砂糖のないホイップクリームのような軽さで、通常のものは食パンにつけて食べたいコッテリ目のバターでした。今まで食べていたバターと比較しても、その味の違いは歴然としていて、市販で流通しているバターが食べれなくなります。マック等の添加物だらけのジャンクフードばかり食べている母親の乳と、健康的な自然の食事をしている母親の乳では、皆が後者の母親に育てられたいと思うでしょう。それを牛に置き換えて考えると、“人口飼料”か”農薬不使用の牧草”のいずれかを食べている牛の乳からできたバターということになります。牧場側はコストや広大な土地が必要だったり、グラスフェッドバターに向いている品種もあるようで、大変のようですが、、オンラインで購入 Was the butter I had eaten just oil made from cow's milk? ??
