★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 安静、方便的大型公寓。周边多是一户建小楼没有遮挡视线的建筑，所以窗视非常好尤其夜景。出门就可以沿着“境川”散步。去町田或相模大野车站都是十几分钟的路。
看楼下的先生说，70年以前这一片都是农田，由于河流改造，上游的鹈野森水源堰塞被废弃不能再耕种，土地逐渐住宅化。
Quiet and convenient large apartment. Most of the surrounding buildings are buildings with a small building that does not block the view, so the window view is very good, especially the night view. You can take a walk along the "Jingchuan" when you go out. It is a ten-minute walk to Machida or Sagami-Ono Station.
The man who looked downstairs said that 70 years ago this piece of land was farmland. Due to the river reconstruction, the upstream Ueno Forest Water Barrage was abandoned and could no longer be cultivated, and the land gradually became residential.

【町田】を名乗る相模原市内のマンション。
1960年代後半頃までは田んぼでしたが、
河川改修で上流の取水堰が廃止され、
耕作が出来なくなり順次宅地化。
大成建設が団地を建設、町田ハイツと命名。
A棟群が電電公社の社宅、B棟群が分譲。
2015年、A棟群跡地に大型マンション建設。
2017年12月入居開始。
小学校の通学区は谷口小学校。
A棟側は元々、金山神社の氏子地域だったが、
町田ハイツ建設時にB棟側の谷口鹿島神社が
A棟と一括で地鎮祭を斎行した過去に倣って
マンション建設時も鹿島神社が地鎮祭を斎行。
形式上、鹿島神社の氏子地域になるが、
金山神社と共に崇敬頂くのが宜しいかと。
ロマンスカーの停車駅：町田と相模大野が
等距離なのが便利。
