よ	よしのり on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 建築会社指定の、標準仕様が一部パナソニックでした。決めきれなかったものもあった為、２回、伺いました。床材の標準仕様の範囲について誤解があったのですが、その、誤解の起きた経緯について、私1人で確認したときには十分な説明がしてもらえず、それどころか、丸め込むような対応をされました。別行動していた親に説明し、改めて親が確認してくれたところ、手のひらを返したかのように、わかりやすく、納得のいく説明をいただけました。説明が得られ、誤解の起きた経緯がわかったのはよかったですが、施主である私にしっかりと説明せず、ごまかすようなことを言った上に、ただついてきただけの母にまともな説明をしたのには、非常に腹が立ちました。施主は私ですし、親に建ててもらう家でもありません。これは担当の方にもわかっていたはずです。パナソニックさんには、年齢、性別に関わらず、施主には施主なりの対応を求めたいです。また今後行かれる方には、施主が誰であるかを担当スタッフによく理解してもらうようお勧めします。 Some of the standard specifications specified by the construction company were Panasonic. I was very angry to give a decent explanation to my mother who just followed me, after saying something cheating without giving a firm explanation to me as the owner. The owner is me, and it's not a house that my parents build. This should have been known to the person in charge. I would like to ask Panasonic to take care of the owner regardless of age or gender. We also recommend that those who go in the future have a good understanding of who the owner is.
