★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 鞄の修理を依頼したら逆に壊されて返ってきました。信じられません。店員の態度も悪いし、2〜3週間パーツの調達込みで時間が必要と言われたのに2時間後に金具を調整したら壊れたと電話越しで笑って報告されました。より高い修理代を請求したいだけにしか思えませんでした、結果交通費かけて壊されただけです。最悪です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 靴のかかとの修理をしたくて入店したら、店員さんは電話中でした。少し待っていましたが、全く電話を切る気配も、少しお待ち下さいなどと声を掛けることもなく通話をされていたので、諦めて店を出ました。
とても残念でした。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 最悪です ピンヒールの交換だけで4000円と言われたので頼ませんでした 近くの靴屋さんで値段聞いたら千円ですといわれたのでお願いしたら５分かからず直してくれました それも税込で 何でこんなにも料金に開きがあるのでしょう 夢工房には2度と行きません

When I asked the price at a nearby shoe store, it was said that it was 1000 yen, so I asked for it and it took less than 5 minutes to fix it. Why is there such a difference in prices? オリジナルは頭が平らなリベットで固定されていた部分を、半円に出っ張った頭のネジで修理され、床が傷つきました。
ですが、パーツ交換の際にネジも変わると伝えて了承済みと再修理を断られました。
地面と接地する部分に頭が飛び出るパーツを使うなんて、とてもプロの選択とは思えません。
頭が平らなネジなんていくらでもあり、素人でも購入出来ます。
職人意識の欠如を、こちらが受け渡しの際に気付かなかったせいにして再修理を断るいい加減な修理屋です。
内側の部分も処理が甘く、スポンジを貼って誤魔化していましたが、アタリが出ていて、そのうちライニング生地が破れそうです。
