とにかくお通しです。お通しを食べていただければ分かります。どんだけこだわっているのか(^_^;
串処ですけど、今日のオススメをまず選んで、最後に串を食べるのが吉！日本酒もいいかんじに取り揃えているので、お食事のお供にどうぞ(*´∀`*)

塩加減も良く、食欲をそそる盛りつけもステキ。
ボラの焼き白子は人生初。
地元ではボラは食べない魚(30年以上前の話)だったので美味しさに驚く。
焼酎、日本酒品揃えが素晴らしい。
福島県の日本酒が9種ほどあり、制覇を目指すが6種で断念。
次回持ち越しとします^_^

I was surprised at how delicious the mullet was because it was a fish that I didn't eat locally (a story over 30 years ago).
The assortment of shochu and sake is wonderful.
There are about 9 types of sake in Fukushima prefecture, and we aim to conquer them, but give up on 6 types.
I will carry it over next time ^ _ ^
