ちなみに自分が行ったときはみんなマスクしてました！ちゃんと対応してるんだなと思いました。
どこの企業でもマスクしてない人いると思いますし ここに限った話ではないとおもいます?

正直言って男性には配慮がありませんが、女性には配慮があります。
つまり、男女差別です。
男性の場合、求人票の内容自体「嘘」
ただ女性には、求人票通りの内容で仕事が出来ると思います。
なので、ここに面接を考えている男性は考え直したほうが良いと思います。
女性は、問題なく自分にあった内容で面接も大丈夫だと思います。
かなりの男女差別です。
