2020/06/05（金）お昼の定食。「鯛かぶと煮」。税込み1,100円。各テーブルにアルコールスプレー。コロナ対策。ありがたい。武蔵新城駅北口。ココイチの横道「北口はってん会」をまっすぐ。右側。

揚げたてサクッサクの衣。
程よく熱が通ってて素材もホクホク。
さつまいもの天ぷらってこんな美味しかったっけ？と思うくらい
中のしっとり加減と衣のサクサク感がたまりませんでした。
えびもホタテも大ぶりの身でぷりっぷりで、
満足いく天ぷらの盛り合わせ
汁ものはあら汁だし、サラダもついてるので、
天ぷらに飽きても口直しで最後まで完食。
デザートは長芋の羊羹に梅肉が乗っていて、これもまた凄く好みの味でした。

あっさりとした味付けですが、旨味や、左上の副菜のほのかな酸味など丁度よかったです。
