施術の後は体がポカポカとあたたまり、血が巡っているのを実感します。日常生活における留意点も丁寧に教えていただき、自覚していなかった冷えの予防として靴下を履くことや呼吸など生活習慣の見直しにもつながりました。
先生とのお話も楽しく、不調の際の駆け込み場所ができたことが心強いです。これからもよろしくお願いします！

腰痛、スポーツによる脚の痛み治療で定期的に受診し、身体のメンテナンス全般を任せています。
マッサージと鍼、お灸の組合せは即効性があり、痛みが酷くても帰る時にはかなり緩和しているほどです。
痛みにより特殊な機器を使っての治療がありますが、大変効果があると思います。
最後に自律神経の治療も行え、身体全体を治したい私には合っています。
画一的な治療をしないので、街のマッサージでどこいってもダメと思う方はこちらへ通院してみて下さい。身体メンテナンスにオススメです。

不妊治療に通いながら半年強ほどタイミング法を続けていましたが、40歳になるのを機にステップアップを決意。１回目の体外受精で無事妊娠することができました。
特に身体に問題はなかったもののなかなか授からず、友人・知人から「妊活には鍼が良いよ！」と勧められ、正直初めは半信半疑で通い始めましたが、施術して頂くごとに、身体がスッキリ整っていくのを実感しました。
毎回施術前に今日はどんな治療を行うのかを丁寧に説明してくださるので、安心して身を任せることができました。
施術以外にも、日常の食事・呼吸・姿勢についてもたくさんアドバイスを頂き、自分の身体への向き合い方が大きく変わったのも、先生にお世話になったおかげと感謝しています。
「爪灸」は皆さんの仰る通り、痛いです。とても痛いです。でも足の先からじわじわと温まります。
元々足が浮腫みやすかったのも軽減された気がします。
出口の見えない不妊治療は心も塞ぎがちですが、先生の豊富な知識と軽快なトークに、毎回通うのが楽しみになり、精神的にも元気付けられました。
また、ちょうどコロナ禍によるリモートワークが始まり、目・肩・首の懲りも酷かったのですが、同時に施術して頂き、頭痛も解消されました。

マッサージの先生と2人で回されていますが院長の鍼灸とマッサージの先生が抜群のコンビネーションでテキパキと対応に当たっており、一度も不安を感じたことはありません。こちらの要望を伝えれば症状に応じたアプローチも受けられます。
最近は妊活にも力を入れられており、地域性なのか女性の患者さんも多く来訪されています。
学生さんも患者さんにいることからスポーツ受傷にも対応しており、私もスキーやジョギングをするのでスポーツあとの施術は体がスッキリします。
明るい性格の院長さんと黙々と仕事をこなすマッサージの先生が患者さんの症状に真摯に向き合う鍼灸院です。

まず足の爪にお灸をする、爪灸はめちゃくちゃ痛かったです。初めての時は足の爪を釘で打たれてるのかと。
でもやったあとは体がポカポカになり、続けるうちに頑固だった冷え性も改善したのでやって良かったです。痛みには全然慣れなかったですけど(笑)
他にも痛い施術はありましたが、リラックスできる方が多かったし、呼吸がとても楽になります。
ちなみに鍼は痛くないです。お灸は痛いのと気持ちいいのとあります。
毎回行くと体調や病院のデータを確認してくれ、小さな不調を見逃さずにそれに合わせた施術をしてくれます。
お陰様で自分の実感としても病院のデータでも、みるみる体調の改善が見られ、無事に妊娠する事ができました。
先生はよく相談にものって下さるので精神的にも助けられました。
妊娠後も通っているので、つわりも軽く妊娠中の不調もほとんど無く過ごせています。
