★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 南向き３階建て。駅まで坂はあるけど徒歩10分。天井高く、風通しも良い。地下の駐車場の値段と、若干古い設備さえ飲み込めれば、近くに歯医者も小児科も、スーパーもドラッグストアもコンビニもあって、とても便利で良い物件です。
また大阪に来る機会があればここを中心に選びたい。
 Three stories facing south. There is a slope to the station, but it's a 10-minute walk. The ceiling is high and the air is good. As long as you can swallow the price of the underground parking lot and some old facilities, there are a dentist, a pediatrician, a supermarket, a drug store, and a convenience store nearby, so it is a very convenient and good property.
If I have a chance to come to Osaka, I would like to choose mainly here.
