★ ★ ★ ★ ★ こちらで家を建てましたが希望の設計は全て無視。とにかく御社のコンセプトにあった家をって感じで施工途中もミスだらけ。こちらが打ち合わせと違うと指摘したら奥さん意見コロコロ変えてましたよね？と笑われた。当たり前です。一生の買い物ですよ？こだわります。
挙句には追加で支払ってくれればなんとかしますと。…そちらのミスですよね？最初から思い通りの家にはならず結局生活しづらく5年後に売りました。引き渡し時のチェックでは壁にヒビは入っている。施工途中から床の色違う。窓の大きさ違う。キッチンカウンターの高さ違う。ドアの冊子は隙間で虫が入ってくる。壁紙は隙間だらけでよれている。最悪でした。抗議しましたが録音していたわけではないので証拠がなく訴えても勝ち目がないと言われる始末。申し訳ないですがおすすめできません。安い買い物ならまだしも。デザインが素敵でしたがこちらのメーカーさんにお願いしましたが残念でした。未だに差額の住宅ローンを払い賃貸に住んでいますのでわたしのような方が増えない事を願い投稿させていただきます。

After all, if you pay an additional fee, I'll do something about it. … That's a mistake, right? From the beginning, it didn't look like the house I wanted, and it was hard to live in the end, so I sold it five years later. At the time of delivery, the wall was cracked. The color of the floor is different from the middle of construction. The size of the window is different. The height of the kitchen counter is different. Insects enter the door booklet in the gap. The wallpaper is full of gaps. It was the worst. I protested, but since it was not recorded, there is no evidence and it is said that there is no chance of winning even if I appeal. I'm sorry but I can't recommend it. If it's cheap shopping, it's still good. The design was nice, but I asked this maker, but I was disappointed. I still pay the difference in mortgage and live in a rented house, so I hope that the number of people like me will not increase.
